The founder of our firm, Patrick Reavey, is an experienced and knowledgeable employment law attorney. Before starting Reavey Law, he was a lawyer at a large Kansas City law firm where he represented clients in employment law and litigation actions including wrongful termination, retaliation, noncompete agreements, confidentiality agreements, severance agreements, and employment discrimination. Respected for his knowledge in the employment law field, Mr. Reavey has been a frequent speaker at seminars regarding employment law.
Although past results do not guarantee future results, Mr. Reavey has successfully represented clients in jury trials in Kansas and Missouri State and Federal Courts. In Mr. Reavey's most recent federal court trial in October of 2006, a jury awarded his client over 1 million dollars for reverse discrimination by a national retail drug store chain. Over the last few years, Mr. Reavey has represented his clients in recovering over $3.3 million in settlements.
